Liaison service

Terms of service

• Bangkok counseling liaison service will provide an email filtering service between the email addresses specified by the account holder.
• The email addresses can be changed at anytime by the account holder without cost.
• All transactions are in US dollars.
• Any money deposited into your retainer account is non-refundable. It is up to the account holder to decide the size of the retainer.
• Should your retainer not cover the cost of the service you will be notified that you have an email on hold waiting and your retainer account must be replenished. If we deem the content of the email is of emergency nature we will one time overlook the hold and send it after we have filtered it. However no other emails will be processed until your retainer account is replenished even if they are of an emergency nature.
• Bangkok counseling will notify you when you account falls below $10.00.
• Email attachments will not be handled or forwarded. Bangkok Counseling only deals with the body of the email.
• Bangkok Counseling will retain a copy of all emails for a period of 1 year unless the account holder asks for a longer period.
